Why do I keep changing my mind because of others?
When does this show up for you? Pick the moment that feels most familiar.
01
Changing my schedule after seeing someone else's strategy
Why did I abandon my plan?
My schedule was working fine.
Then I saw someone else's timetable.
It looked better than mine.
So I changed everything to match theirs.
Now I'm following their rhythm, not mine.
Their strategy might work for them but not for me.
I've lost the momentum I had built.
I keep chasing other people's methods.
My own judgment matters more than copying theirs.
02
Constantly switching books, notes, or resources
Why can't I stick with one resource?
I have good notes.
But someone recommended a different book.
So I switch.
Then another person suggests a video channel.
I switch again.
I've started five different resources but finished none.
I keep believing the next one will be better.
But better than what? I haven't given any of them a chance.
Finishing one resource is better than starting ten.
03
Losing confidence after discussing answers with others
Why did their answer shake my confidence?
I was sure about my mock test answer.
Then I discussed it with someone.
They had a different interpretation.
Now I doubt myself.
Their certainty made me question my logic.
But my reasoning was sound before they spoke.
I borrowed their doubt instead of trusting myself.
Their perspective doesn't erase my understanding.
My answers are valid even if different from theirs.
