Why do I feel like I can't handle anything anymore?
When does this show up for you? Pick the moment that feels most familiar.
01
Crushed by the size of the syllabus
How am I supposed to cover all of this?
I looked at the syllabus today.
It's enormous.
There are so many chapters, so many topics.
And I've barely started.
The exam is still months away but it doesn't feel like enough time.
My mind goes blank when I think about where to begin.
I feel stuck before I've even started.
Nothing feels possible.
Maybe I don't need to see the whole mountain right now.
Maybe I just need to take the first step.
02
Losing confidence after poor performance
Why did I do so badly?
I thought I was prepared for this mock test.
But I wasn't.
The score came back and it was lower than I expected.
Much lower.
Now I'm questioning everything.
Did I learn anything at all?
Am I even capable of doing this?
The doubt is heavier than before.
I feel smaller.
But one test doesn't measure everything I know or everything I can still learn.
03
Mentally exhausted after long study sessions
Why does my brain feel so empty?
I've been studying for hours.
I completed my plan for today.
But now I feel completely drained.
My mind is foggy.
I can't think clearly anymore.
I keep reading the same lines without understanding them.
I feel broken.
Like my capacity has run out.
Like I'll never have this energy again.
Maybe exhaustion is just my mind asking for rest, not telling me I'm done.
